Came in for a product today that the location ended up being out of. No biggie it happens so I started looking around trying to find something comparable and just generally looking around. The girl behind the counter proceeded to shout at me while looking “its 4 for $20 don’t think about it too much” Ignored her and she tells the customer “the idiot must be deaf” I was shocked and left. Not only was the comment Rude but extremely insensitive. I left no longer getting my business

I have been dealing with Sally's for 40 years. Now, every time you need something or go there they don't have it. The shelves are pretty bare. All they tell you is that they don't know when they will get more. Now they would like for you to get their credit card , then turn around and charge you for a bag to carry your order out. Something is not right here.

So I found things I wanted/needed but had some questions regarding usage of products together but with no real answers given. I had about 10 items. When I was checking out the young lady asked me if I wanted to purchase a tote, I responded no. After the transaction was complete I stood there waiting for her to bag my items but she wasn’t doing it. I asked her if she was going to bag my items and she said no, they no longer have bags. Wth is that all about? She tells me after my transaction was complete. I have no cash and there’s a minimum charge for card purchases. I said this is ridiculous and left carrying all my items in my arms. I think I’ll stop shopping there because they are too cheap to offer customers bags and my items weren’t cheap. At least let me know you no longer offer bags and that you want me to buy a .15 cent bag. Customer service is disappearing folks, this is a society where big business no longer appreciates their customers. I’ve been shopping with Sally’s for over 20 years. What a disappointment!

Had I not been in there to pick something up for someone else, I would have walked out. A customer and the girl on the register apparently found something offensive that another customer said about someone talking in the middle of the road holding up traffic but they were more than happy to stand there and say she probably voted for Trump and then proceeded to bash our president. I don't care who you voted for or what your political views are, 1 your employees should not be voicing they're opinions about anything other then what you are selling and 2 you could very well lose customers because of their opinions. If you want to that's one thing. So won't be back to the one on 200.

When in Sallys go to the hair color aisle. Their are three brands available. Depending on the cor being removed.
I suggest u go to Sally's because their staff are a world of knowledge. By the way it's worth a little more if it's done the right way. And the outcome is what u wanted
