Hours across the web are listed open until 10pm. I placed a pick up order at 936pm thru the Dairy Queen mobile app and arrived for pickup at 950. Doors are locked and the young kids inside are telling me theyβre closed and they close at 930. Nobody bothered to call me, and thereβs no way to cancel or request a refund thru the app. Best they could do was take my name and order and have it made for me the following day. Update your hours where needed please and if an order is received because you neglected to make necessary changes to hours than you should honor the order. If youβre not planning on honoring the order than do the professional thing and contact the customer at the very least. Obviously this is an ongoing issue for over 6 months. What is it going to take you the franchise owner to do your job? How hard it it to actually change the hours? Maybe we should just start reporting this location to the franchise. Ridiculous.

This was actually a bad experience. I was there las week, My daughter loves ice cream and so for her past 5 birthdays she has gotten gift cards, well your machine has trouble reading your own gift cards so I literally swiped 2 gift cards, brand new, they both have a balance of 15 dollars so I pulled all the tricks that I knew, I swiped it with a paper receipt on your machine and wouldnβt accept it and the cashier said he had no other way it could work except out of curiosity I tried another location and the cashier told me they could do it manually. I would advice for your cashier to be more helpful this young man with a Tennesse accent told my daughter and I pretty much that we had to pay another way instead of her using her gift catds. I know he was busy but he knew it could have been entered manually he seen me struggle trying to swipe it any way n he just stood there and didnβt suggest to enter in manually. Please train your cashiers to have patient and to be more helpful, I hate that this happened in βAuroraβ I went to up north in Northglen and you can tell a difference with the cashier wanting to help us.
