Great dentist and staff but that’s where it stops. Trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare. Finally got through after 5 hours, made an appointment for a cracked front tooth. Waited 10 days to be seen. Got there, was looked at and told I would need to schedule an another appointment to repair the tooth!!! What!!! Isn’t that why I was there!!?? Paid for a consult when that wasn’t why I was there. I should have been paying for a filing not a consult. Feel ripped off a bit… The scheduler booked me for a consult although I was very clear about what was needed. Total joke!!! The staff admitted that they have been having a lot of scheduling issues. The left hand doesn’t talk to the right hand and over books the dentist by two to one. That’s poor training of the schedulers. And a disaster for the client. So now I wait 10 more days for another appointment. How stupid! Try eating when your front tooth is broken. This could have been repaired on my first visit! Terrified the tooth will break more and the dentist won’t be able to save it by the time I go back. It shouldn’t take this much time for a simple filling/repair. Extremely inept. When you try to schedule an appointment online for Casselberry dentists it won’t let you so your stuck on the phone for hours trying to get through again. True Health received $20 million dollars in grants last year. Perhaps they should be investing in trained people and better booking and phone services. Totally frustrating and backwards. This is nothing new either, these problems have been present for years….guess there’s no desire to help in a timely fashion. As it is I have been waiting 80 minutes for someone to just answer the phone. It’s nice to know that “my call is very important to us…you”. Not. So frustrated. “My call is not very important to you”. Update: things have gotten better at True Health. Seems the staff is more friendly and calls get answered. It appears that they are trying to improve and provide better services….still room for growth because appointments are short on time so it can make it hard to ask a lot of questions so you can understand fully what your health situation really means and how to maintain good health. A bit vague on explanation due to time constraints. Overall much better getting your call answered and scheduling an appointment. Three stars with room for more growth to improve….

When my insurance changes in November I'm no longer coming to the clinic. I'm not happy with the care I receive. What's the point of doing blood work if it's gonna get glanced over and barely explained? Don't get me started on the referrals if you get a referral it takes forever to officially get and by the time you contact the specialist on the referral or they contact you it takes months to see them. I've been bounced around from doctor to doctor at this clinic for so long I know now all of their names. This isn't a way to give comprehensive care. I hope they get as much as they can from my insurance because come this November they will never see me again. Facts.

Ashley hamm is wonderful. However, the front desk employees Are not. The vibe of the office is off and Very static. I hope Ashley moves On to Something better. This place Could Improve. They would have to do some lay-offs first, though. Extremely Rude girl at the front desk giving every patient problems about Insurance. Wouldn't recommend at All.

Their phone system is horrible! You cannot get the Dr.'s office directly. They use a call center. Does not make any sense because the person at the front desk has a phone.
