I paid for my service with Flash Trash on July 1st, today is the 21st and they STILL have not picked up my trash for the first time! I had read the reviews of this company, and was very impressed. I have called at least 8 times and have yet to hear from them. I left my name, address, phone number and instructions as to where my trash needs to be picked up. I’m on 10 acres of property, corner piece. This is Thursday, my pickup day, and there it sits, STILL!! Tomorrow is Friday and they are closed. I never had a problem with Advanced Disposal until the last month of service. They missed a few pickups. Unfortunately I no longer have my truck, so taking it to the dump is not an option. I don’t know what to do at this point, they don’t answer the phone, nor do they call me back.Very unhappy with this company, so far! GOD HELP ME!! 😩

Love Flash Trash!! We live in Citrus Hills and we previously had another company that missed garbage pickups regularly, as well as manhandling our garbage cans (had to rescue them from the road many, many times and those big cans are NOT cheap). Since we switched to Flash Trash, our garbage and yard waste have been picked up like clockwork and the bins safely returned to the place we set them! Not only that, but recently I was sick with Covid and forgot to put our cans out and the driver walked all the way up the driveway and picked up the cans from next to the garage (I was not expecting that as none of the other waste companies ever did that!). Thank you so much, Flash Trash, I recommend you to all my family and friends!

I want to cry. I just witnessed the most beautiful trash pickup I ever have, and yes I know how weird that sounds. I watched as ONE man driving solo got out and carefully emptied our garbage, put the cans back right-side up, then hopped back in the truck off to the next stop. Come to find out, they’re extremely short-staffed and this was the owner. The OWNER. Out here doing the work by himself. In today’s world, that’s unheard of. Trials and tribulations can cause stress and irritation, not to mention unruly and impatient customers, but this place perseveres!! I’m so thankful I got to witness this. I pray God sends hearty hands and hearts of Intergrity their way. Thank you!!!

With 4th of July being a holiday we didn't put our trash out as we thought they would come the following day. They came up to the house and grabbed our garbage cans and emptied. Best service ever. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating as they are the 👌

Hello Betty! We do service Sugarmill Woods! Our routes run in Sugarmill on Wednesdays. That includes household garbage, yard waste and recycling (coming to Sugarmill May 1st, 2022).
Hello Cindy, We are mandated to close on the following Federal Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Anytime these holidays fall on your route schedule it will delay your garbage collection by one day. So yes, all routes will be delayed one day following the Labor Day Holiday.

Hi Laura! Yes, the recycling is picked up on the same day. Depending on your area in Sugarmill, it could be the same truck, or a different truck. We have a truck that has a separate recycle bin, so it will pick up recycling the same day as your garbage, but it may not be the same time. So, if recycle is left behind, that means the truck running your route does not have the recycle bin and it will be by shortly. We run our entire fleet in Sugarmill on Wednesdays.

Maryjo, Our trucks run all day (4am-8pm). Your are still on the pick up route; they have not made it to your stop yet. There's a huge spike in corona virus at this time, and we have 2/3 of our staff out. We thank you for your patience. As of this evening your trash has been collected.
