I was given the wrong order and overcharged didn't receive recipt with order and had to ask for it. I tried to inform her she rang up the wrong item before I paid. After driving 10 hours I just wanted to eat and get back to the hotel. She made zero effort to fix her mistake and refund the difference. I shouldn't have paid and just went somewhere else.

I went in to order on the kiosks and they still got the order wrong. I ended up getting two large soggy chili fries and a large soggy fries when I wanted one small fries and a small chili fries. I wanted Coke but the machine was out of Coke. The only option was flat Mello Yello. The hamburger was not great either. I ordered the Dave's Double to go with the small fries for a friend and it was like Dave himself pulled the patty from his sweaty armpit and threw it in the microwave for a minute, result was a soggy armpit burger, with soggy lettuce and everything soggy. At least it was warm! New menu item: Dave's Soggy Armpit Burger with soggy fries and a soggy shake. What did I learn? Drive through or walk through you won't get what you ordered. Don't eat it no matter how hungry you are, refrain! This is not the first time they got my order wrong. Maybe if I order the wrong thing I might actually get what I ordered. Maybe I should just not go back.

Do Not order are use this restaurant! It.is 6pm in Denver. And the lovely manager hung up in my face. Warning two times in one week my food was horrible. Hamburger sent with NO BUN. Today large became a small. No veggies and fries limp as swimming noodles. Be aware of rudeness, not customer friendly. I will not order from them again.if u know best 😞 steer clear from this place

Used to be my favorite Wendy's. They recently went downhill. Get my orders wrong. Went last night and let me tell you, probably never go back again. Location has 2 ways to get to drive through and some people take the back way. Me and my friend saw the line going out of the back way so we joined the line from the back way. Line moved forward and someone pulled up from the other way. No big deal right? Except they tried to cut us off. No, we were here first and we're on a work lunch. Limited time. They started yelling at us saying we're in the wrong and we just say that we're following the trend. Line was out the back. Yelling continues. Eventually fight breaks out. What do the employees do? Tell us that we're in the wrong, the line doesn't go that way and tell us to leave. Even though the person that was before us came the same way, even though we were there a good 2-3 minutes before them, even though on the daily I'm sure that happens minimum 20 times a day. If that's the case? Block that entrance then. And I understand being told to leave. Just got in a fight. But what about the other car? They were in the fight too. They're fine. They stayed and ordered, got food.

They have to be 6 ft apart. Employees and guest. Have to wear mask at all times. They have to change their gloves after each transaction. When they are taking money in the drive, they hand the customer a bucket to put it in and give the card or change back to the customer.
