Came outside and my recycling bin was thrown into the MIDDLE of my neighbors driveway, and most other bins on the street were knocked over or tossed all over the road. My neighbors driveway isn’t even that close to mine, so it wasn’t just an accident. Obviously I don’t expect them to place the bins down perfectly where they found them, but can you at least keep my bin in my own yard and not literally throw them? Thanks.

Ummm, not sure you can “recycle” it here; they’ll take it buuuut charge you a dump rate (it’s going to a land fill, if you care to know :) ) I think there’s a mattress shop down the street on Hillsborough that takes and reupholsters mattresses, they’ll probably take it off your hands.
You should hear something by Monday.
