Absolutely Amazing customer service. They addressed our needs and were so conscious and understanding of each of our dogs needs. They worked efficiently and effectively to make sure we had what we needed for both dogs and with the insurance plans they ate affordable.

I took my dog Charlie today for his regular check up and nail clipping. Charlie is a very anxious and smart dog. He knows when he is going to the Vets and he does not like it! Dr. Polcari with the help of Kristan and Erika were so kind, patient and thorough with Charlie. They let me stay with him to keep him calm and made the visit the most comfortable for him as possible! What service!! Also I cannot say enough about Martha C.!!! She runs this Banfield clinic so well and Charlie absolutely loves her!!! This is the only place I'll take him!

This is the worst place ever! They just want all your money! They will just figure out the best way to scam you! They hurt my dog for no reason! Wanted me to sign a non disclosure agreement for my money back! I refused. This was the worst experience in my entire life! My poor pup was in pain for weeks for a surgery that he didn’t need! Please don’t bring your pets here

BEWARE! I took dog in for exam prior to dental cleaning. 5 days later, in the middle of the night, he started coughing, hacking and spitting up white foam. I called Banfield and was told they were very busy and could not see him for 4 days. I took him to another vet and found out he had kennel cough. Obviously they exposed him to a sick dog. Kennel cough is highly contagious and you must keep sick dogs away from you healthy ones. Dogs with kennel cough should be quarantined and kept away from healthy dogs. The virus can be carried by those who have been around them so the vets, techs, etc. need to change clothes, wash their hands and do all they can not to spread the disease He was better in a matter of days. It cost me $190.00 to get him treated but it was worth it because I now have a new vet who does not demand unnecessary tests, etc. just to hike up the bill. The manager of Banfield said if I had brought him in they would have wanted X-rays, bloodwork etc.

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 8, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 8, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 8, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).

No they are not! And if you go in for only shots they will tell you something else is wrong with your animal so that you will sign up for their plan. They will lie to you to separate you from your money.
