My grandmother stank through the casket and it was closed. She looked like a frog with no neck. They overcharged my family for an expensive oversized casket. They didn’t need. My grandma was on 100 pounds. Oversized caskets are for oversized people. McKay stoked the funeral himself. And just because he is Seventh-Day. He gets all the Seventh-Day Adventist business. But didn’t know I am in the funeral business as well. And what he charges for his services for his people is highway robbery. His work is below basic.

I wish I could give this mortuary ZERO stars! They deserve to go completely out of business with the way that they handled my Grandpas funeral. They are very unprofessional, do not return calls, and are VERY unorganized. My grandpa was a veteran and was a prominent member of his community; instead of honoring him and making the service a breeze of the family, they made everything 10x more stressful. THYE DO NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO WORK THEYRE OUT MEDIA EQUIPMENT. Please do not go through them for any or your services they are very terrible!

This Mortuary is horrible and unprofessional, our staff counseler was very unprofessional and communication was terrible. The family grieving and upset about the process and they where talking in the back saying things like "family has a bad attitude". They where the ones making mistakes and wasn't owning up to their errors. First, quoting wrong prices and not putting things in writing. Second, they cut up our love ones shirt, saying it was to small. Then called and requested we bring a bigger shirt, without offering to be compensated. Hmmm! yes we where up set, not bad attitude, funerals are expensive.
