Our heating system was giving us some trouble. When I called LA Duct Cleaning, the receptionist was really helpful and was able to send a professional the same day. Jose, the technician, was very thorough and professional. He took his time cleaning and testing the system, and now our heater is working properly once again. Thank you for responding so quickly. It comes highly recommended.

LA Duct Cleaning cleaned my furnace, ducts, and dryer vent. Jose and Erick were so competent and did such an excellent job that I forwarded the company's contact information to our family, friends, and the website for our development group. They arrived on schedule and explained what they would be doing. They come highly recommended, and I will use them again in the future.

I hired LA Duct Cleaning to rebuild my air duct system, and they did an excellent job; they were quick and clean, and they treated my family and possessions with care. I would strongly suggest them to anyone in need of such services. Throughout the procedure, Jose and his colleagues were exceedingly helpful and accommodating. I've already recommended them to several family and friends! Thank you so much for what you've done.

Awesome service and care! I just moved into a new condo and the seller unfortunately didn't know when the last time the dryer vents were clean / stats on the length of the vents. So after calling around with my situation (and even a referral), only one company was not only super friendly but said they could easily help out and really came through above and beyond. After setting up an appointment easily by phone along with describing the situation, one of their cleaners arrived at my condo and assessed the situation pretty quickly - finding the end of the vent and being able to measure things through without too much hassle. In the end, we were surprised to have found that the vents were about 55 feet and unfortunately never cleaned by the previous seller. After about an hour, the cleaner was able to get everything clean and was able to get things done pretty easily. He also kindly wore shoe coverings that I had for being inside the condo. After assessing the value (and redeeming the Yelp Deal which for me was worth doing), the whole process was done! I was surprised at how efficient things were done and with little to no hassle. Will seriously gladly use them again in the near future and super happy with the service. Great job to LA Duct Cleaning!

Hi Gloria, we don't use any chemicals in our duct cleaning. We use a negative air machine that uses your duct system to create a suction and send rotobrushes to clean the ducts while the negative air machine vacuums them.
The best way to determine if an HVAC system was effectively cleaned is to perform a visual inspection of the system before and after cleaning. The cleaning contractor should be able to allow you sufficient access to visually inspect the system. Make sure the contractor has installed enough access panels in the ducts to reach the entire system.
Typically, HVAC systems should be inspected for cleaning around every five years. The frequency of cleaning depends on several factors. Some of the things that may lead a homeowner to consider more frequent cleaning include.1- Pets that shed high amounts of air and danders. 2- Residents with allergies or asthma who might benefit from a reduction in the amount of indoor air after pollutants in the home’s HVAC & ducts systems. 3- Smokers in the household. 4- Prior to occupancy of a new home 5- After home renovations or remodeling. 6- Water contamination or damage to the home or HVAC.
Heating ventilation and conditioning HVAC system have been shown to act as a collection source for a variety of contaminants that have the potential to affect health, such as mold, fungi, bacteria, and very small particles of dust. The removal of such contaminants from the HVAC system can improve indoor air quality.
Studies have shown that indoor air can be two to five times more polluted than outside air. Most disposable filters remove about 15% of these pollutants allowing 85% to enter the air system, even during the construction of a new home. The pollutant contains dust, pollen, mold spores, animal dander and much more. These material collect in the furnace, air conditioner, and duct surfaces, just like they do on the furniture and floor surfaces. the furniture and floor are cleaned regularly but the ducts surfaces are hidden from view and can only be reached by specialized duct cleaning equipment.
The amount of time it takes to clean a residential HVAC system depends on many variables such as the size of the home, the number of systems, the extent of the contamination and the number of HVAC cleaners performing the job. Most residential HVAC system cleaning takes 4 to 8 hrs. commercial and industrial jobs vary on size.
Air duct cleaning will not begin until your floor and property are protected we also use shoe covers while indoors. we have vacuum powered, gas-powered portable, and 5,000 CFM, electric powered portable negative air machine. A 12" vacuum hose is attached to both the supply system and the return side one at a time during the cleaning process to pull debris, dust, and allergens back to our power vacuum. Air registers are removed for hand cleaning and entry cleaning into the air ducts. While pulling a large volume of air towards our vacuum, we send scrubbing (snake brush) tools down each ducts cleaning all the way back to the plenums of the HVAC unit. The A/C coils, fan, and heat exchanger are inspected for cleaning. When needed, these services are performed using EPA registered products. Air ducts are sanitized using only EPA registered product specifically designed for use in air ducts to treat for bacteria and mold. All furniture will be covered with plastic and tarps.
Yes, air duct cleaning can help you save energy the largest investment has been 11% is estimated when you have a dirty air coil and dirty air ducts. It would not be reasonable to expect 11% saving unless you have a very dirty HVAC unit and dirty ducts.
Cleaning your air ducts helps the majority of people concerning allergies and asthma. when you clean your air ducts, you removed years of pollen, debris, dust, and other allergens that have been trapped in your air ducts system. Often, at the A/C coils where condensation collects there can be mold and bacteria so people often notice a reduction in just mold and bacteria thus the relief of allergies and asthma.
