Once on the trail here, it almost feels like there is no city around until you crest a hill and see the Denver skyline. This park is well loved by locals, as is visible from trail wear. It is clean, and has not been crowded any time I've been early morning, or mid day. Excellent escape for a mid week walk, or jog. No bikes allowed.

No. It's a nature center, and dogs would stress the wildlife so they ask you not to bring dogs.
