Without a doubt, the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. First when we moved in, some of the lights as well as 2 out of the 4 burners weren’t working. Half of the electrical outlets also didn’t work. There was absolutely no one that did a walk through of the apartment complex before we moved in it seemed like. Then our air conditioner breaks within a month. First the maintenance staff tried to blame us for not knowing how to properly use the air conditioning system (which is complete bs). Then it took them MULTIPLE times to even get the air conditioner replaced cuz it was completely broken. Meanwhile we had to rent a hotel room for a few days because it was over 90 degrees in our apartment without a/c. But did Canyon Club apartments reimburse us for their mistake? No, of course not. I guess their residents getting heat stroke from their ineptitude isn’t worth it to them. Now our entire building has been without hot water for the past couple days. And we only got one email about it and still don’t even know when we’re getting hot water. This place has the worst communication I’ve ever seen. I could go on and on about the other issues we’ve had here but I think this post is long enough. Pick anywhere other than this place. It sucks.

Canyon Club has been our home for 12 years now! We have enjoyed the community since we moved. They will take care of any work order A.S.A.P thank you Mr.Eduardo for always doing a great job! The office staff is always nice and welcome you with a big smile and are ready to help! Our manager Alma is the best she takes the time to listen to our concerns and she is willing to work with us to make our community better every day!

Worst place in the world. Plz don’t rent your apartments here!! Worst staff. Parking problem. People stole cloths from loundy. No any security. Kitchen sinks always blocked. Special doesn’t good environment for children. People smoke front of your home you can’t do anything ad also feel mervana smell always. People stole ups packages front from your apartment. My kitchen tap was broken I call in office they said, they need 72 hour for work order. Every day new drama!!! In a shower always coma hot water they can’t found a problem. When ever they come inside they always come with dirty shoes. Naver take off outside. They massed up you come ad they don’t care. I went to the office for laundry card recharge ad I hear they was taking to somebody (new customer) give us good review (5 star) we can give you good discount.

In general Canyon Club is a fairly nice complex. Landscaping is pretty, our apartment was far more spacious than we needed, and for the most part is pretty affordable. You can hear the freeway from anywhere in the complex, but there's not much that can be done about that. Most of my complaints stem from dealing with a specific person in the office who obviously does not care about the residents. Finally, consider your security deposit a move in fee. Over half of the $500 deposit was used to paint the apartment and shampoo the floors, both of which are things I was told are done every time a resident moves out regardless of the apartment's condition.
