The beer was good, open atmosphere and communal seating (outside). However, I am not a fan of ordering through an app and having no engagement with the staff, especially when you want to hear .ore about the beers.

Where else can you find a fresh pint of beer for $8 in the Bay Area? Fieldwork Brewing in West Berkeley is one of my favorite local breweries. Their staff is always welcoming and the taproom is clean and spacious. I've been frequenting this brewery for years and there is no decline in quality whatsoever. Street parking is a breeze and this particular block is not sketchy.

If you love beer, this is a super nice, no frills, chill spot to hang out in. Definitely try a flight to get a feel for their wide variety of drafts before ordering something. We tried one from each section - despite me generally not liking IPAs, I liked their pale ale too! Their sandwiches are awesome too, and pair really well with the beer.

A great place to taste a variety of local beer! The patio is now open, and boy, it is so pretty in the evenings! The 6 beers in flight are a worth try so that you can go for a glass of that perfect beer. We tried various beer selections, and Cobra Mai was our favorite! Fieldworks offers wines and nonalcoholic drinks as well, with a limited selection, understandably. My only reservation for not giving five stars is that they don't have a wide selection of finger food. The hummus and pita platter is tasty, but I was left craving for food to go with the beer and wine.
