This pharmacy has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Terrible response time, failure to recognize critical RX needs for very sick patients, long extended waits for phone and service. We've moved most of our RX to Humana online, but still have emergency requests here. I need to change that too. They build on the stress rather than relieve it. Try Walgreens on Newport or Right Aid. This is the last time I will have anything sent there. <sad>

Good luck if you call Walgreens and need to speak with the pharmacy or anyone. They won't answer calls. I was on hold, off hold to ringing and someone puts on hold again without even speaking, over and over... no one ever answers even after an hour on hold!

Every time I go in for my med it’s just horrible Harrison is to focused on the lady workers seems to forget to help!! Especially the sandra girl it’s Retail therapy I guess ! Anyways they need to get it together The Harry and Sandy show is to much and get to work !

The Walgreens in sun city is one of the best pharmacies I have ever done business with and I'm an old-timer so I've been around. In particular Sonny, the pharmacist, is always willing to take my calls he's very patient an extremely helpful. This is the first time I left a review for anybody so I must be impressed. The entire staff are well trained and professional individuals that care about the customer
