Why do you guys close the store randomly for an hour thats against the 24 hour policy

At least 4 grill items were out of stock and not replenished with fresh ones (cheesy-bread; chicken wings; pizza slices; taquitos). Also, no canned coffee was found in the store, or any coffee made; or any coffee made at customers request. These experiences are consistently reoccurring.

Today I arrived with a friend at this 7 Eleven to buy several lottery tickets where the cashier attended to us very kindly then returned for more where a man attended us in a very bad way, a man apparently the owner of the place due to his attitude. who had a very unpleasant gesture to serve his customers when he said that please buy all the lottery tickets at once because he did not have time and so I complained to him, addressing a very bad attitude towards me, throwing the tickets at me and claiming to use up to one discrimination towards the LJBT community so this type of people should not have businesses since they do not know how to treat their clients😡😡😡😡😡
