This one star is for the cleaning of the hospital! Floors , restroom was so nasty! I mean it’s been years since I had been n that hospital and I was so surprised how it has went down! Everybody seems to worry about covid but to me today the nasty of the hospital would be the reason to get covid! So disappointed! Now for the Er staff they was amazing , nice and very caring! Very helpful and thoughtful! I’d give the Er staff a 10. I was going to do 2 reviews want allow me! Cause the Er was sure doing there job today!

On February 26, 2022 at approximately 11:15 am, my wife and I arrived at the hospital to pick my daughter up since she was being discharged. My daughter is 32 weeks pregnant. The woman working out front asking questions was very RUDE and no HELP. My wife didn't know where the room was so I said well I will take my wife down to the room and I will come back out front. The woman said NO only one person back so my wife went on and didn't know where she was going. I went to sit down cause my daughter was coming straight out from being discharged and the woman said no you have to go outside. This was ridiculous. The higher ups need for their staff to learn some professionalism cause it is ridiculous. I was highly disappointed today!!

This hospital doesn’t even deserve one star. How they stay in business is beyond me. The staff, including doctors and administration is completely incompetent. I wouldnt take my dog to this hospital. If you are in need of emergency care, I would highly recommend that you go to Pikeville. The staff here will lie in your face, not provide you the care you need or should receive, they are biased toward certain individuals. They have let several people I know die. They don’t even know how to stitch up a cut without cleaning it first! How pathetic is that!? This hospital is one big running joke and has been for years!
