Talk about great care from a doctor. Dr. Pumphrey has always taken great care of my daughter since she has been born. He has always had such great and honest advice especially being a first time mom. Every time I leave his office I feel like I am doing a great job at raising my daughter because he is so encouraging. The most recent time I have needed his help had been by far the best. I needed an appointment, he was booked which was understandable with flu season. So he was able to do everything with me over the phone practically. He has called me directly to talk about symptoms, called in rx’s, followed up with me on lab work and now one week later he called me on a Saturday night to follow up with my child and give me follow up care instructions. I am blown away! I recommend Dr. Pumphrey to everybody, and if anybody is looking for a pediatric doctor look no further. He is the best! Thank you for all that you do Dr. Pumphrey!

all 3 of my kids have gone to Dr Pumphrey since birth-over 17+ years. Dr Pumphrey is amazing, attentive, thorough, patient and friendly. He loves his job and we trust him 100%. His staff is wonderful. fast, friendly and reliable. Dr Pumphrey even used texting to check up on how my kids were doing after seeing him when they were sick. My children have been patience of the doctors for going on over 5 years. I interviewed many pediatricians before I found comfort in him in his office. They are very timely professional and the bottom line is the utmost care for my children! I love the fact that I can text him and try to get help at any time and he's very responsive! He's definitely a new age doctor and I love the fact that he tries to give as natural care as possible before going straight to meds! He's very personable very knowledgeable and always makes each kid feel special! They love the lollipops! I would highly recommend him to anyone!!?

We were new to the area and didn't know who to pick for a pediatrician, and by luck we picked Dr. Pumphrey! I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a pediatrician. After we started seeing Dr. Pumphrey, I realized that someone else I know uses him and they love him. As well, I referred another person to him, and they love him too. He makes himself available at all hours and has always been able to get my daughter into the office the same day every time we have called, which has been quite a bit. He is very prompt in returning calls and is very detailed in answering questions. We moved from San Diego and had really great doctors there, and I was worried about picking new doctors here but somehow we got really lucky with Dr. Pumphrey! Couldn't be more happy with him.
