Messed up my order twice and I'm allergic to capsaicin. They put the hot stuff on there even though I said keep it all off. I'm not deathly allergic but it still is a painful reaction.

Food is good. They can't get your order right for nothing. Twice I've gotten home and had the wrong order. And I've also only gotten half of my order. Then they won't answer the phone.

The Mexican pizza is back..but the wait was over 15 minutes in drive thru..was not impressed with the pizza..still $$

So I took my mother age 70 out to pick up some late lunch and she wanted to eat at Taco Bell. She has not been out much due to Covid, so instead of going on she wanted the drive thru. I pull up to place my order and I begin telling the employee what we wanted. As I am talking she is laughing so hard I cannot understand her. She then is laughing and talking to people. As I asked her to please repeat my order she continued to laugh. This kept going on for atleast 5 minutes. Cars behind me were getting frustrated at the time I was trying to get her to tell me the order back and price. I had to repeat myself several times as she continued to laugh and talking to her fellow staff members. When I am paying you can see her and others laughing as if this is not a big issue. I asked for a managers name and the girl at the window said "well we have alot of managers, I'm a manager." I asked her what is the issue and I felt that is was very unprofessional and disrespectful for paying customers just wanting food. She said "You just got us at a bad time, we dropped some cups in the floor." I paid for our food and drove home. The order was wrong. Items missing and was very poorly made. I never write reviews. But I needed to on this one. The manager did not ask anything oroffer to remedy anything.
