Additionally, when I asked about the first responder/nurse discount deal that was posted on a sign in the store he took the time to personally thank me for my work in healthcare over the last couple of years. Wow, I think I've never got such a good service from a salesman. Matthew was the salesman and he was absolutely amazing, he spent like an hour trying to help me to get the right SIM card for my international phone. It was a very frustrating process but Matthew made it definitely calming and a nice experience. He really tried his best to help me. I have no words to describe how thankful I am. For now on, that's the only store I'm going to go to for my cell phone service. Absolutely recommended!

Mathew was great, we was going to switch over on my daughter's plan thinking it would cost us a bit, but he told us about a free phone and the old people loyal plan haha He ended up saving us $40 a month and added me to her plan!
