Awesome people. They sell dependable and affordable bikes. Best part is they have dedicated mechanics that will get you back on the road same day. That’s Huge! Every day you are not on the road, you lose money. Nobody wants that. Thanks Zoomo. Did I mention the customer service. Eric and Dillion are the best!

Been riding Zoomo for a while now and been loving the bike it is a great commute to my job witch is a long distance from home and their are tons of bike paths all throughout la that this bike can get too in a breeze, really enjoying the bike.

Well ladies and gentlemen Zoomo is as good as it gets. A+ quality of ebikes .A+ in customer service. The DTLA staff have gone above and over in customer service and help with my bike. They take the time to help with questions. The professionalism and friendliness of every employee to the manager is refreshing.The quality of Zoomo ebikes is unsurpassed. They are built for the long haul and are extremely reliable. I use my Zoomo sport nearly every day without a hitch.

It's so agro for these companies 2 act like they r doing something for the community.People who actually need to rent these,do it because they can't afford a car/gas or can't get a license. So how does it help if u have to have one 2 rent?

Zoomo offers you options, you can rent or you can rent to own. The rates and prices are very fair.The reliability of these bikes are solid.

Hey Efren, We have a few styles of bikes all with different batteries / chargers. If you bring your bike to the shop the team should be able to help you figure out which battery fits your model!

How long after renting bike does it take to get refund back in to your account

Hi Allen, assuming all accessories were returned with the bike, our mechanics do a thorough check of the bike for quality purposes and inspect for any damages. Once inspected, it takes about 3-7 business days to receive your refundable deposit.
