We ordered the boxes and the sauce left a two inch border all the way around the pizza. The corner pieces only had sauce on the corner, the size of a quarter. Staff was great, very attentive.

The order was correct. The quality is consistently good. Our pizza is hot and fresh each time. The employees are ALWAYS friendly and attentive to their jobs.

My family and I visited here at 13:30 on Friday 23 April 2021. My wife ordered a sandwich, my sister-in-law ordered a Supreme pan pizza and I ordered a large pepperoni lovers pan pizza. The bill came to $47.69. The problem was... when the large pepperoni lovers pizza arrived at the table and I put a slice of it on my plate, I noticed a hair on it. I used a fork to capture the hair. I then notified the server. The pizza was then remade. With the unsanitary conditions of their kitchen, I was surprised that they had the audacity to not only charge me full price for the pizza but to charge us for the order. The normal, conscientious business thing to do would have been to apologize profusely and to "comp" the whole ticket. This was not done. Nor was an apology even given. I contacted the store manager on the phone and explained what had happened. He apologized and offered to give us a credit for the next time we visited. I explained to him that we do not live anywhere near Goddard Kansas and had merely been driving through. Instead of offering to issue a refund he said that he would train his staff better. My next step is to contact Pizza Hut Corporate office.
