They need more well paid drivers for the porta potty stops. It seems that they're always short on drivers, therefore the stops don't get completed

WM company is running on excuses. Many times they don't pick up trash & recycle on our whole street and when we call them they always say that don't worry we will pick it up before 6pm. They never pick it up and we have to wait until the following week. We never had any problems with our previous Garbage company. Whoever is running this co in Tehachapi should step down from their job. I have been in Tehachapi for over 35 years and this is the worse service I have seen so far.

They had a learning curve in Tehachapi, as they weren't in the propane business before. But i have been very happy with them and their prices are equal or lower than competitor.

If you need propane service, avoid WM at all cost. I called several times for a propane fill and each time ended up talking to an answering machine and getting no call backs. Sent them a service cancellation email and demand to remove their tank. One month later, they still have not removed their tank, something which historically across our community seems to be the norm for WA. The rating for this company should really be zero stars.
