my wife paid the rent of a space in advance they told her that they were going to communicate with her by e-mail or text which never happened and the day we had to store we could not enter because we did not have the code to enter when the manager we notified her of what was happening she said we had to wait that she was doing a tour

Beth is such a stellar human being!!! She was such an incredible help with my move and took the time to go above and beyond to assist. This review is a little delayed however I must say I've used this Extra Space Storage a number of times and it was a great experience due to the wonderful customer service. Thank you again.

Beth was incredibly helpful in getting my storage space all set up. I was previously renting with public storage and decided to switch because my rent doubled in the last 16 months and the employees were not helpful whenever I had questions. Extra Space has way more personable employees, a much better gate code system, better accessibility hours and easier access to the units. I highly recommend talking to Beth if you need a storage space.
