It's on the pier, and the restaurant has some ocean views. First, I like to comment on the tastes of the food I ordered. Deep-fried fish was cooked perfectly, but they had no good dipping sauce, and all they had was ketchup and tabasco, which didn't suit the fish. Garlic butter shrimp, the sauce was excellent, but the thing that bothered me was the shrimp was not fresh, the meat was mushy, and the garlic bread was wonderfully baked. Lastly, steamed lobster came with tabasco sauce and melted butter. The butter was very watery, and I hardly tasted the butter flavor. Again, the restaurant has no other dipping sauce for any of the seafood. The place is a little pricy, and they put a 15% of gratitude mandatory on the bill. I would say tips should be an award for receiving outstanding services. But this restaurant had NO services. You order food at the front, then the server brings the food to your table, and that is it. I couldn't get someone to bring me ketchup, so I had to go to the counter and ask for it. When we dined there, we didn't even get our water refilled. Overall, I wasn't too crazy about the food tastes and was not so happy to pay for the tips without getting the services.

Omg!!! I’m telling you all right now… if you have not been to this crab house in REDONDO, It’s an absolute must!!!! By far this is the best and most delicious place with the most amazing service one could ever ask for. Jenni, Cindy and staff have out done themselves and by far exceeded our expectations on what a great night should have been on the pier. They not only catered to our every need but went above and beyond, treating us what felt like only family would feel. Guy’s, if you need to kill your lobster seafood craving then visit Crabhouse in Redando L.A. I guarantee you will not be disappointed and will you can thank me later.

Starting with 5 stars. Took a point off as I felt the baby octopus overdone. Lost its sweetness. Need some soy/bean paste sauce. The simple bottled garlic chilli not sufficient;) amazing sweet shrimp/spotted prawns. No need sauce. Crab delicious as well. Right on Redondo Beach pier over water . Lovely view. Not busy as Monday night also.

(pre pandemic review) A great place for a family meal right on the pier at Redondo beach. We enjoyed huge plates of crabs shared between 12 people and it was a lot of fun smashing crabs and eating them with different sauces. A fun way for kids to eat.
