2 cars in front of me and it was still a 25 min wait. At 10pm. Watched an employee taking a smoke break by the trash dumpster the whole time we are waiting for our food. In the mide of the day the store is locked drive-thru open. Rhe door has been locked no dining inside .drivethru open. This as Been going for awhile. This was at 2pm next day dining inside open. The food is good. Customer service terrible.

32 minutes between the time of order and the arrival of the food with only maybe 3 other customers in the building. The food was good and the employees were nice and apologetic but I wouldn’t exactly call it “fast” food. The wait is my only complaint.

Normally, I don't post reviews of national chain restaurants. I mean, if you don't know what Burger King is like, then you probably shouldn't be on the internet. However, this is one time I would like to warn potential customers of a highly disappointing experience. In the world of "fast food", there is no excuse for taking 15 minutes to fill an order. When my party inquired as to an estimated time, we got told, " There's only 2 of us working, you know!" Mind you, 3 others had been let off the clock after our order had been placed. Once it arrived, some of the most basic things had been left out, such as cheese on the whoppers. I pointed this out to them and was handed a stack of cheese slices. Entirely unacceptable!

Definitely an improvement since the last time i was here. Inside was recently remodeled and the service and quality of the food is better.
