I have been a long time customer and recently bought an air fryer described as factory sealed however I noticed an open box and a strange smell. The box was not sealed and I found a piece of rotten, putrid meat in the air fryer. The response from Andrew via email was to fill out the paperwork a second time and duplicate my request and the email was skeptical and mostly unhelpful requesting many additional photos. I am very disappointed in the customer service.

I’m very upset at their customer service. I picked up an item on Saturday then a week after they told me the person who gave it to me didn’t confirm my pick up so they went and charged me a 9 dollar fee for storage as if my item was never picked up! I told them you guys can’t use my card without my authorization and specially over your mistake, because the item was picked up and no storage was needed. The guy assisting me over email is taking days to figure this out instead of refunding me when I told him I have the item! DO NOT RECOMMEND LOVESEAT. Garbage service and will overcharge you and give you a hard time to refund you.

They sold me a literal piece of trash. The end table I purchased was missing its legs and the drawers were splintered and broke. Completely unusable. I will never be using this company again. See pics for what was expected vs. what I received. I would give this place no stars if I could.

Very large furniture warehouse. I was impressed first by the sheer size of the place. I bought a gold console I thought was very affordable at $75. 10/10 would go back again. While walking through you WILL find something you like. Whether or not you need it, will depend on you; but this place is huge, it has everything, and it caters to all budgets.
