How does one know when it's ok to return after vacating home in path of fire? Is there an address to read updates on certain fires?

Fire dept will notify, its safe to get back
Per the Clackamas County Evac Zone map, there is a fire in Colton/Elwood area (red zone) and yellow zone is just outside Estacada. I can't find any info beyond that. Are we in danger in Estacada? 8/12/21
