Walked in, had a quick question about coolant, as the person at the front desk and he completely ignored me. The second person in the store walked away not wanting to do any work. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and will only go to AutoZone down the street from now on where they actually care about customers.

They lied about a battery being bad. Took it down to O Reilly's and it tested just fine. The red headed guy was an absolute a-hole to me and his fellow coworkers while I was there.

Knowledgeable, helpful and knew what I was looking for without acting like I didn't know what I was asking for because they had no idea as so common with these youngsters that wouldn't know a carburetor if they saw it and have never rebuilt anything in their life and probably never will as the closest they will ever get to being a mechanic is a parts replacer.
