Decided to cut my hair and treat my cousin to get her hair colored. Was never greeted by the two employees at the front desk. They saw us walk in and continued talking. I asked for my cousin to get her hair colored and after her I wanted a cut. Alicia was the person who was going to service both of us. After sometime I asked to use the ladies room, I was told that it was not for the public due to covid. I said even for your paying customers she said no. I told her this was not right but she said it was the store policy yet there was no sign. I canceled my haircut with her but didn’t want my cousin not to get her hair dyed especially since I had already offered that to her. I left walking in the 90+ weather to find a place that might let me use the restroom. My cousin and I both are Senior Citizens, Disabled, Diabetic and take High Blood Pressure Medication which means this medication makes you go. When I returned my cousin was no where to be seen. I sat and waited thought maybe she was in the back for some reason. We’ll she was, she went to use the restroom. I could not believe that they allowed her to use it but denied me. I went up to Alicia and asked why would she deny me and allow my cousin to go. Her answer was well you can use the restroom only if you dye your hair. I could not believe her. I said what are you talking about. She said because it takes longer to dye your hair than to cut it. WTH. Is this girl for real. I told her you know I was getting my hair cut AFTER you dyed my cousins hair and I’m the one paying for her hair. I asked for the managers name and of course no manager and that she would be there tomorrow and to just call the store. There was no way to get a hold of the Manager or the Owner. The only way was to catch them at the store whenever they dropped in. I paid $65 for my cousins hair and her hair is short and very thin but I guess Alicia must have felt she worked really hard on her and used a lot of dye. And to top it off the cashier, Alicia’s sidekick had the nerve to ask me if I only wanted to pay $65, in other words how about the tip. They were lucky I paid at all. Is this some sort of discrimination against Seniors or the Disabled. I’m definitely going to look into this. That girl Alicia is heartless. Maybe there’s no Seniors or Disabled family members in her life but hopefully she’ll be in my position one day and remembers just how heartless and cruel she was. Karma.

We've been coming here more often since the staff keeps wearing their masks and makes my son feel safe. Have had like 4 different stylist do my son's hair and they always do a good job. Helps to give a good explanation of how you want the haircut.

Don't go here for a boys low fade cut. The stylist literally did a bowl cut on my son. 😭 I had to go to a barber to try to fix his hair but the stylist messed his hair up so bad that the barber couldn't do much. I went here because the barber I normally go to was booked and it was a couple days before new years. BIG mistake!!! But lesson learned.
