I was considering trading in my car and was looking around for potential new cars, and I happen to see that this dealership had a Civic SI. After I gave my email and phone number, Fati quickly reached out to me, and that night I brought my car in to have it appraised and to look at the Civic SI. My experience at this dealership was much different than other dealerships I've been to. Fati and the other staff were very nice and patient, and at the end of the day, it seemed like the deal wasn't going to happen because it just wasn't close enough to what I was willing to do, but they kept trying to work with me in every way possible, getting the best value for my trade in, and getting the best deal on my new Civic SI, and they worked it out so it wasn't a disappointing experience and I was able to leave there was a brand new car that I'm completely satisfied with and completely within reason financially. It was a really long day between negotiating and signing paperwork, but also because beside all of that Fati and the others are really nice people and really pleasant to talk to. I absolutely recommend this dealership more, and I can't wait to take my car in for it's first oil change so I can talk to them again and show them how obsessed I am with this car.

He was caring, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient! He communicated very well and solved the problem ASAP!
