Trash eyeglasses. I bought two pair of glasses on February 2022 at West Covina Plaza, and they just got broke today, May 13 2022. I went to see if they could fix them because I just bought them three months ago. However, they reluctantly told me I didn’t pay insurance for them. They do not offer any guarantee on those eyeglasses if you do not buy their insurance. I just bought the eyeglasses and they are trash material. The lady who is the manager’s assistant insinuated I broke the glasses which I didn’t. I went to ask for a replacement or any fix because I JUST BOUGHT THE GLASSES THREE MOTHNS AGO and they broke all of a sudden. I didn’t broke them, I didn’t press them! Come on! What type of glasses they sell. $.099 cent quality! They told me I have to pay same amount as I paid for the whole glasses if wanted the frame to be replaced.

Had an appointment at 5:20pm for my son. My wife got there around 5:30pm and was told that my son's appointment was canceled. The salesperson told my wife that computer removed the appointment and had to reschedule. This is the best way to go out of business! Last time we go there. No reason to reschedule specially when there are only 2 clients in the shop. Bad customer service, if I had no stars I would leave a 0. Would definitely not recommend! Not getting my business!

Was told 2 weeks to get my pairs of glasses I was also told me they would contact me when they arrived waited 3 weeks no call at all I had to call to ask If my glasses had arrived Which I was finally told they had them .I been to multiple optometry offices and this one doesn't have the best service employees are nice but there system needs to be more attentive to the orders and time lines . Even if they don't have them ready a call saying there being delayed would be appreciated . I really needed them as I need them to drive unfortunately. first time I called after the 2 weeks passed it took them 40 mins for them to get back at me with a answer which was" ooo they haven't arrived yet". Not satisfied at all most likely I won't be going back.

Now you dont have to put it off any longer. These people are top torch quality and the Manager Anabel is so professional and nice to deal with. Once a year this company goes into schools and provides vision screening for kids in need plus the glasses...and school nurses the vision charts. No one else we've found does this. On my top 10 List for Quality Service Businesses.
