Very disappointing and poor management I feel bad for the guys working but the new owners don’t know what they’re doing I won’t be back

After close to $40 with tax and credit card surcharge I brought my 2021Outback right home to my garage. There it stayed until just now when we went to stop and shop. When I opened the lift gate the entire rubber mat as well as the carpet underneath were full of dirt. Of course this made me look closer at the interior and found grass clippings, dirt, etc. I know they were very busy and appeared to be understaffed but, don’t take peoples money for service you are too busy to provide. I’ve used this car wash under every owner for over 20 years and this time the car left almost the same way I brought it in. Keith Krysz

Tried to get a Gold wash done today and was told to get out when I asked the attendant if I could drive my car through the wash since it's a manual transmission. I asked if I could just drive through, I had done it before it's not uncommon, but because of this attendant I won't be coming back here. There are plenty of car washes nearby, I'll be telling my friends to go elsewhere as well.
