Called ahead of time for a specific product. Store confirmed they had it. Showed up 30 minutes later, they didn’t have it or anything like it. Don’t bother calling ahead, poor selection of product and unknowledgeable staff.We apologize for causing you such an inconvenience, there was a misunderstanding and the person who answered the call assumed a different product. This incident will be dealt with accordingly in order to make sure it does not happen again. Sorry for causing an unpleasant experience and we hope to serve you better next time.
