I was told I'm not allowed a swing set in my yard but yet 3 houses down from me they have a swing set...all in all it's always been a pretty bad experience dealing with them at the office.Megan - Thank you for your feedback. The homes are actually really nice. They have different sizes. There is a community pool, basketball court and a lake. The only issue is when you put an address in the gps for directions to come here it doesn't give any. You have to know the area. Yes they rent. Yes they are dog friendly but with a security deposit. Its a fee for the dogs being there

Brand new homes are available to rent for around $1,400. If you buy obviously the mortgage is separate from the lot rent. Lot rent for me is $912.56 including garbage. I believe it's the same for all new plots. It seems high to me but it also seems very well maintained and quiet for the 5 weeks I have been here. They are putting new homes in everywhere. There are homes available for sale through the office and privately. I assume sometimes rentals become available privately too.
It doesnt depend how close you are too the lake. I live by the lake, and pay the same.
