Ordered and paid for $30 worth of food for 2 ppl to get there and be told they didn’t get the order! I said it have an order number and digital receipt that says I paid for an order here. The person on the other side of the speaker just kept saying we didn’t get it. And didn’t offer any other assistance until I suggested coming inside to show him my receipt. Then he said just pull forward and we’ll look at it. So it took about 20 mins in a drive thru it took 20 mins to get to to pick up an order that was paid for 20 mins before I even left home. I will not be going back to this location unfortunately, and it’s the closest to my home.

I love Carl's but sometimes the microphone is not working, and communication is difficult. The up-sale promotion then causes a simple order to be a long drawn-out nightmare. So - you wonder, "are they angry because I didn't order more stuff?" They repeatedly ask you, "Do you want something more?..." and it never stops. I have had them ask me 5 or 6 times , "Is that all, sir? Do you want some cake? Smoothie? Bla bla bla bla bla bla - and one time I actually canceled the order and backed out...forcing the person behind me to back-up. You call their headquarters to complain - and they have an answering machine. Carl's food is top notch. But their TV ads are sorry, and their service is really terrible - by their own up-sale program. It shows disrespect for the customer - and they don't care. So I go to other burger places more often now. Carl's - listen to your customers the first time. Stop trying to shake them down like some Hollywood cult-religion. Five Guys, Fat Burger, Wendy's and even Del Taco - make great burgers. Don't forget In-and-Out. Avoid Carl's for a while. They need a time out.

Carl's Jr is lame. I always feel like I'm getting ripped off when I buy food at Carl's. The prices are that of some premium burgers, but you get mediocre burgers

Watch out with this place. They charged me $6 just to upsize my combo to a large. AND they charged me extra for a breakfast combo and said that it was because it's lunch time now. They must think i just started going through the drive thru. Basically, they lied to my face and stole my money
