Pam and Jim are the greatest dispatchers and try there hardest. Believe it or not alot of medicals call out or dont show. Carolyn is my favorite drive and I love Pam too. Jim is also great as well as Elaine and Gordon. I give 6 out of 5 if I could becuase these people work so hard. Thanks guys I appreciate you.

Waited over 2 hours for a Taxi. Had to get to work fast. First they said it will only take 20 to 30 minutes. Won't call them ever again. Then the driver said he's been here and honked a few times. Not true, I was sitting at the window waiting the whole time. Didn't see a Taxi.Susanne, Im sorry you think there was an issue with your taxi. Our driver was there waiting for you, I am able to track the cars through an app and your phone call through our phone system. I think you may have made a mistake with your time frames, but regardless I am sorry you were dissatisfied with the service.

My car broke down and I wasn't able to pick my daughter and grand children up from Stewart Airport. I called in a panic and the dispatcher calmed me down and assured me that a car would be dispatched right away, that they had a car in the area. The driver was friendly and courteous and the price was reasonable. Thank you!
