-100 stars!!!! DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!! First time seeing him. What was even more strange was how when he told me to get up on the exam table he started to roughly unbutton and unzip my shorts instead of asking me to get prepared for an abdominal examination. Had endoscopy and colonoscopy reports faxed from previous doctor. He read reports have me multiple diagnoses. Didn’t give me any information on the conditions he stated I have. No paper work on diet, the medication he was recommending. No verbal communication on anything. He said he would prescribe me Linzess and Pepcid instead he prescribed me Linzess and reglan. I’M ALLERGIC TO REGLAN AND IT SAYS IN MY CHART!!! OR ASK WHAT ALLERGIES I HAVE TO MEDICATION! This doctor was creepy and not informative of helpful. Please do not waste your time!

My friend was just there and the lack of professionalism and compassion with which she was treated is horrendous! The doctor has the door open the whole time so there was no privacy while my friend had to endure the doctor’s cruel comments. Complete lack of bedside manner is a huge understatement. No qualities you would really really want in any healthcare provider.

Dr. Carter is an Excellent physician, however, his manager Laura is a LAZY, IGNORANT AND RUDE INDIVIDUAL. Should Dr. Carter change managers, his office would not be so unorganized and ineffective.

Because his staff is rude and he is a terrible doctor. This is the only dr I have ever written a bad review on in 51 years. 1 Star rating. My 10 AM procedure got done at 4 PM, the 1st time he did an endoscopy and colonoscopy without properly sedating me, I was wide awake. You willing to try that and wait hours and have the dr tell you your in bad shape and this could turn to cancer if it continues yet does nothing to treat my condition but want to repeat test every 6 months until it turns to cancer, he only cares about billing your insurance. I am forced to switch doctors.
This is a very serious allegation and if it's true he shouldn't be practicing medicine. Board certification /medical degrees are required.
