I love this market! Many people and all sorts of things vendors are selling! Fruits, vegetables, meat, drinks, spreads, nuts, even fish! All the vendors were friendly and parking was easy. Park in the designated parking lot in the back.

I ❤ the Sunday Farmer's Market!! So many local farms, so much amazing produce!! Most items harvested within 8 hours of the market opening. The tastes, the smells, the textures, mmmmmm. It's no wonder that this market is a must shop for many of Sacramento's top chefs!! 😁❤😋 It is so important to support our local farmers, especially now. The drought has had such a heavy impact on them. No water means they can't irrigate their farms. Without irrigation, there will be no crops, and their dreams, hard work and livelihood goes away. So if you can, please shop local farmer's markets.

Yes. The farmers market is under the freeway so there's lots of coverage from the rain
You have to go thru thr organizer to sell anything.
There are also some items such as fresh lavender room spray, olive oils, mustard, jams, wreaths etc. No jewelry, or wooden items. There is however another Market under the freeway, that sells vintage and antique items. There are lots of things that could be purchased as gifts. I believe it happens once a month but I am not sure when it is. It is however always on Sunday.
yes. Every Sunday. The number of farmers there may vary due to the holiday but the market will be open

Yes, the market is open. Some venders take the day off, but many do not. Lindcove Ranch will be there with all of our amazing citrus fruit and a small amount ot Morel Mushrooms. Come early for the best selection.

I have no idea about the programs, but it would be a shame if they didn't. The prices are better than the grocery stores and the staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell.
The Sunday certified market officially goes to 1, but around 12 or so the vendors start to pack up. I think the Saturday midtown market goes a little later.
When I went, people were wearing mask the whole time. And booths were further apart than usual, but they are still close but not that close from each other.

Yes. Some vendors sell certified organic produce. Others sell organically grown produce but are not certified. And the rest are generally not organic.
