If I could give zero stars I would. On three separate occasions I've ordered from here and they haven't put my full order in the box. I got home and didn't have enough chicken to feed my family. I called each time to make them aware but no one ever answers the phone. The last time I went, about a week ago, I informed them of what has been happening. A young male said oh don't worry I put extra in there. Then proceeds to talk to a young girl in Spanish, not knowing I'm half Puerto Rican. They were talking about me because I complained about being shorted food for my family. I said oh keep talking, I'm half Puerto Rican. The girl's mouth dropped open and she hit the guy on the back. They handed me my food and I left. When I got home...no extra chicken, not even the amount I ordered once again. It's not that difficult to count, that's a skill learned in grade school. I called the store again to no avail, so this time I went further and contacted corporate. I was told that someone would reach out to me within 3-5 days, it has been about two to three days so we shall see. This location needs new management and workers for sure. I have management experience, if you need help reach out, I can give you a few tips.

Stopped to pick up chicken for dinner and french fries to munch on the way. We didn't notice they forgot the fries until after we had pulled away. We got back in the drive-thru and they ran them out to us insted of making us wait to get to the window. Very good customer service. Everyone makes mistakes but it is how you deal with them that shows your true quality.

One of all-time favorites places to eat at. My kid lives the spicy chicken sandwich .i agree they are scrumptious and highly addictive.. we give this place a high five out of five.à

The manager has the worst personality I don't know how she ever got promoted to management they have to be desperate. The food was not good my coleslaw was warm my sodas were disgusting and when I tell the girl they weren't good she said I have to get my manager instead of saying here let me get you another. The manager with the personality of a gnat came over as if we inconvenienced her asking what else would you like I will not be coming back to this place ever. I would much rather give my business to KFC or Boston Market
