Have tried for almost a year to get my school funds back from the bank, but they refuse to give it back and have lied to me non stop stating that I did receive it when I know I received nothing during the year covid started. I've been called stupid and yelled at by a teller, been told multiple times after being told that one teller couldn't find the transactions a week before being yelled at was now stating that this call didn't exist. They stole $3,235 dollars from me, and were hoping I wouldn't notice until I checked my school account transactions showing I "received" funds on specific days in 2020. I checked in 2021 in November. Now I've been put aside and ignored. I will be switching to chase after I share with everyone about my current situation.

I went in on Thursday to open a new personal account, waited an hour for them to tell me its best to schedule an appointment. They took my phone number and becer called me back. Today i walked in again and they now asked me to schedule my own appointment online. So disappointed.

This is the worst branch ive ever been to the managers are rude and unhelpful and retaliative . i went into the bank to attempt to withdraw money from my checking i wanted more than they were able to give and i had just misplaxed my id and instead of the branch manager trying to assist me. he ends up rudelly telling me that he wasnt going to give me the original amount the teller had approved of three hundred says he will only approve one hundred dollars when i protest and rebuff him with this is a bad branch he asks me to leave the branch and red flags my account for fraud so no matter,which branch i go to ill have problems.
