If you live on the second floor, Don't use the deck. They are Unsafe. Yes they are new but they didn't attach the legs correctly . And in this area right outside of someone's door , that's a 6ft drop that was worked on months ago and still unfinished, very unsafe. Where is the county inspector for these appointments? Someone is going to get seriously hurt if this isn't fixed or temporarily blocked. Til it's fixed correctly.

My fiance and I have lived here since 2017 and now are looking for an apartment/townhouse or house in the Upper Chichester area, with at least one bedroom and one bathroom. However, they gave us a letter saying that they are going to be remodeling the kitchen and bathroom so they cannot offer to renew our lease. We have until the end of May to figure out what we are going to do and that's when we are getting married as well. So stressful and horrible.

Do not rent here! They are writing their own positive reviews ive been in aston glen formerly HIDDEN VALLEY APTS for 3 years the last 2 years has been water issues DEAD OF WINTER AND NO HOT WATER! MAINTENANCE SOLUTION KEEP RUNNING THE WATER FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME YET THEY RAISED RENT Threw away our brand new $600 ac unit, no credit nor compensation, floor gaps flooring not wall to wall in bedrooms, holes in wall from the install of the ac/heating units kitchen counter not cut right we were promised upon moving in these issues would be fixed only thing new in the apartment is appliances that came in after first year ...2 BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH 3 AIR CONDITIONER UNITS TRIPLED OUR ENERGY BiLL AND WE ONLY RUN 1...BALCONY IS NOT SECURE bathroom out dated NOT ENOUGH PARKING DO NOT RENT THROUGH BERGER SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND LOOK INTO OWNING trust me!

Nice place to live. Stephen Dipasqua is an awesome landlord, the maintenance man Chris handles all issues, comes quick, fixed quick. Grounds kept nice. Never any trash laying around. Love it here
