The interior design is really cute. I got a blueberry tea with blueberry pops. I thought they were just chewy tapioca pearls, but was surprised when they literally popped in my mouth! I really liked the tea and the guys working there are courteous and friendly. Definitely adding Hippo to my partner's and my list of places to go treat ourselves!

So my daughter who is 8 loves this place, and begs me to take her here. She has always went with her uncle, but we decided to go try it out with her. I’m very glad I decided to try it myself. The workers were friendly and helped guide me through the bubble tea process. I ended up trying the poppers and it was amazing. They really do pop in your mouth! The entire experience is fantastic. Customer service. Quality of the tea. Location to hang out and enjoy your tea is really really great.

Disappointed. My daughter is admitted to Hershey Hospital and she can only have liquids right now. She LOVES, is obsessed with their bubble tea, so I I made sure I did all my errands to get here when they opened per the website it said 11am. I arrived and their door says they don't open until noon.

Same. We are in York and my daughter asks at least once a week for bubble tea and I feel guilty not wanting to make the trip 🙄

Thanks for your response. I found their menu online and noticed that they serve almond milk, so a person with a tree nut allergy would have to avoid that. Plus, after my research, it would be wise to check the ingredients of the toppings like the tapioca pearls.
Medium teas are $3.50 Large teas are $4.25 Add-in toppings like tapioca pearls, jellys, and pudding are $.50
Anytime I have ever gone they weren't packed I was able to go in and out
