I had to wait for almost 30mins for my order and I was not told when I ordered that there would be a wait for the items. I was told to pull up and wait after I already paid. Had I known there would have been a half hour wait for the items ahead of time I wouldn't have ordered from that particular McDonald's. I will not be back, because this is not the first time this McDonald's has had issues.

They forgot about us in the drive through. We had to come inside and there was our order on the counter while they were making a personal phone call. I get to the bottom of my ice coffee and there was a fly inside.

Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes, explained to 5 different associates MULTIPLE TIMES my order (3sandwhiches, 3 hash brown). They still got it wrong on the receipt. Handed the bag back in the window (which is a no no!). Then they park us. My husband had to go in and ask where our food was, for the manager to only give us the same wrong old food in the same old bag AGAIN! And literally put two hasbrowns in the same wrapper. I’m not sure if they were all on drugs but the manager definitely was. I asked for my receipt back to call corporate, and they refused. Attempted to call to speak to maybe someone not so drugged up and got no where! Sad, disgusting Service.

I have had some issues with some McDonalds stores but not this one. Staff seems well managed and they get the order right the first time. Place is clean, even the parking lot. Good place for a quick bite if you are on the go.
