These guys would be 5 stars if they could just learn how to reorder the damn hush brand cartridges before they run out of them? Seems so simple. I have to go somewhere else everytime they run out which is often. So often I have to call before going to make sure they even have them. Weird how better health etc get low on them but never run out...

I have been coming here for quite some time for the pricing. It seems they have a few problems with their website. They never update their inventory so 9 times out of 10 they are out and won't tell you until you call 2 hours later wondering why the delivery was canceled by them. They have gotten better at this, but depending on the bud tender, the service fluctuates severely. They have their hours posted 6am-10pm and their website states the curbside pickup will be ready between 7am and 8am. Why was I told nobody was working till 8? Why is the door open? I KNOW ABOUT THE KIOSKS. This STILL doesn't help with the online engagement. They have a handful of people there that really make up for the lack of service(the GM especially goes above and beyond when things are crazy, she's awesome). I was also just told the limit for debit purchases is 100 dollars now in the store? Why is there no limit with the delivery? It was 75 dollars like 2 weeks ago? Pathetic... BTW this has been going on for MONTHS, But I'm a pretty patient guy and it's finally gotten to me.

Very rude and unprofessional store hours says 6 am I ordered online and arrived at 6am for pick up the employee was late he arrived around 6:10 I gave it some time and called the employee that answered was very rude he said he doesn’t know when they open and he couldn’t open without security I asked when will security be in he said he didn’t know he went in to say they didn’t open until 8 and I told him my online order said pick up between 6am - 7am he insisted on telling me I was wrong and only the vending machines was open 30 minutes later no sign of the security or the business being open hours should be fixed and employees should be trained on customer service

It is a cash-only place but when you get money at the ATM make sure you print out the receipt and give it to them because they cash you back out for the convenience fee
