We just went into Staples Dover, DE. The gentleman working in the printing section was very quick to help and very nice. But the 2 gentlemen that were standing behind the checkout counter just avoid eye contact and ignored us while the o e checkout clerk was on the phone helping a customer. We have been long time customers and would expect some kind of acknowledgement and offer to help. Wow! Not expected of your store.

Self service printer doesn’t work, so they charge you a way higher fee for having them print it at their print and copy center. Rip off

I created and uploaded some remembrance cards for a memorial earlier this week. Asked them to cut in 4's and figured I'd have to cut the outside border myself but they called and offered to do it for me. They came out perfect and everyone was very happy with them. Thank you so much Dover Staples! You guys are great!

I was surprised this location was super busy for midday on a Wednesday! Tyra at the print station did an amazing job of helping and managing multiple customers at the same time. She was able to bind my book in a matter of minutes while multitasking lots of requests with patience. We were in and out in about 10 minutes despite their workload.
