Good ppl to deal with, the kid is very knowledgeable and friendly. Had to replace 2012 D140 John Deere for my mother and the Red Max came with locking rear axle and slightly larger engine but the locking rear has been great for my mother to mow the orchard. No more slipping and no more tire chains. All I heard about the JD box mowers is they are junk but we got 10 yrs out of a $2200 mower that was overloaded alot and mowed an orchard so I'd have to say it wasn't the worst purchase but hopefully this RedMax will last 20 yrs or more cuz it was about a third more expensive than the John Deere mowers at Lowes or Home Depot but as for buying experience, I'd recommend anybody to Rileys. Thanks
