Quiet and calm location with on-site management and maintenance. They have been quick with any questions or repairs I've needed, and were easy to work with for move-in and move-out. Plenty of parking available with a close grocery store and easy access to the highway. Absolutely recommended.

The cost of our one-bedroom apartment homes remains fairly consistent across the board; ranging from 750 - 815 per month. We even pay for the water, sewer and trash pick-up too! Just figure that your total monthly budget where be in the mid-800's (you are only paying for electric and/or internet service)
I pay $820 a month for a 576sq ft apartment. Small utility room for washing and dryer hookup (eletric). Electric heating, water and stove as well. Has a small attic storage with fold down ladder. They have a smaller unit that could be around 780 to 800 a month. Not sure though. Great place to live!
It depends on what your needs are. Our studio, one and two bedroom apartments come with no additional monthly expenses other than rent, electric and internet.
