The service staff has been hiding in the room talking on the phone, and I was waiting for her service, but her attitude was very, very bad, and there were other customers who needed service but couldn't find anyone.

Costco need to consider having Gas Pumps open 24/7. Business would be even better for them.

Costco gas station is usually 3-4¢ cheaper than any other station in the area. When waiting in line, it is helpful that the available pumps are displayed. I had to minus 1 star for not having a windshield squegee available, & the wait time can be up to 15 mins. when it is extremely busy. The trick is going at off peak hours, like 9 am.
