I really like the location of my Extra Space Storage building. They have various sizes of units to choose from. I love that I have access to my things 24 hours a day. Downfall is the pricing. First month free is nice. But they hit you with a $25 admin fee to pay for a 3rd party. Then there's a monthly insurance fee. Then to top it off, the web price is just to lure you in. They will eventually change the price to the base rate after 4 months. Then they can change the price anytime. They give you 30 days notice. I think if you get a unit the price should be locked in for a longer period of time. You can pay up to 12 months ahead to lock in the price but that's as far as you can pay ahead. The woman that signed me up was very kind and was honest about everything. But I feel it should be advertised as "web price for first 4 months" I definitely will be looking to get my stuff out of there sooner rather than later due to this price change.

The whole process of renting a space and getting set up was super easy online and Alexis was very helpful today in changing our unit to one that was more easily accessible. The whole place is very clean!
