They have lost both of their Allergy doctors and now have no new doctor to replace them. Their phone menu mentions calling 911 for emergencies several times, explaining in Spanish, and hold time is extremely long with no direct numbers to the individual departments in the group.

I have been hacking and blowing my nose for more than two weeks. My GP could not get me in and suggested Rapid Care. I arrived at 5 with no appointment and staff took my information almost immediately. I was called by 5:30 and saw the doctor by 6. She was very thorough and very compassionate. She diagnosed a sinus infection and called in the prescription so that I could pick it up that evening. I will definitely go back and will likely change this to my primary care.

Due to the pandemic, they will suggest you first try and call to make an appointment or use their online services first. But you can also walk in and ask to see if there are any providers taking on new patients and request an appointment.
Since the pandemic, they no longer have urgent care services. You will have to call to make an appointment or visit the emergency room if it cannot wait.
