I’ve never seen such confusion just to view an apartment, such ignorant staff.

I live here. Like any other apt complex, it comes with noisey neighbors, the odd car or two, and the weirdos that like blaring music for five minutes at midnight. It's home though. It's an efficiency, which truth be told, is very spacious …

Will raise rent A LOT in short time you live there. & If you are late they will NOT work with you. Late fees are like $60 after a day and $80 after like 10. So they will literally change you hundreds of extra dollars a month than your budgeted for. Wouldn't recommend.

We loved living here our 1st year. This was our 1st apartment. Over time everything fell apart and we started realizing how poorly this apartment was put together. Things are literally super glued. Theres mold growing in the AC/heating units and it makes it extremely hard to breathe. We have stopped even calling maintenance because they will promise to fix things and never show up. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS. THEY ARE CHEAP AND WANT YOUR MONEY. youll get a list of move out repair charges and they are EXTREMELY HIGH! We are expecting a huge bill.. But honestly are just grateful to be moving because everyday something else breaks or goes wrong. Its depressing. These apts ARE BY NO MEANS made for long term living (unless you plan on calling 'maintenance' every other day).. Good luck. Pay your rent on the 2nd? ONE DAY LATE? youll be charged $75.00. The apts are tiny and not worth the rent being charged. You dont pay a security deposit that youll get back, you pay a move in fee that was $450 and we will not get it back. But they will have no problem charging us a huge amount for 'damage' when the apts fall apart on their own. No updated appliances. Do you want your countertops replaced? Well youll be paying a MONTHLY FEE for as long as you live here.. Even if thats for 20 years you will be paying off those countertops for 20 years. I really hope people read this before deciding to move here. 2 years and over $20,000 in rent later.. We are now realizing how dumb it was to move here in the 1st place. And once you start having health issues, it is no longer worth it.

How much is rent

The rent is too much considering you have to live with mold growing in your apartment and NO heat. They just throw their hands up, shrug their shoulders, and fix nothing. The office manager is an arrogant snob who you can't trust to save your life and the maintenance guy who was in my apartment when I was away tried stealing my credit card information. Do yourself a favor, do NOT rent here!!! I'm still sick and out of money because of all the health problems it's caused my family.
